Chalky scree slope of Chablais Mountains: little stones.
Glacier sediments: clay and limestone strata.
Plot blend: 40 HL/Ha
Selection of the best vines, always offering this very particular typicality of the Gringet.
Traditional vignification: no chaptalizing (no addition of sugar in the wine), long fermentation of over 4 months with native yeasts and bacteria and rough filtration on white earth.

S02 Content: very low.
Proof: natural 12.5°.
Tasting Notes
Floral and fruity nose.
Lively and soft mouth with very pleasant minerality to bring freshness and balance.

Preservation: 3 to 5 years.
