Vinification
Selection of the best vines, always offering this very particular typicality of the Gringet.Traditional vignification: no chaptalizing (no addition of sugar in the wine), long fermentation of over 4 months with native yeasts and bacteria and rough filtration on white earth.S02 Content: very low.
Proof: natural 12.5°.
Tasting Notes
Floral and fruity nose.Lively and soft mouth with very pleasant minerality to bring freshness and balance.Preservation: 3 to 5 years.
